Exercise vs. Calories…The numbers.

As you take a bite out of that donut…here is how much exercise you have to do to offset the calories…


How much exercise do you need to do to burn off junk food?
–One donut = 59 minutes of walking
–1 slice of hand-tossed cheese pizza = 39 minutes of swimming
–Meduim sized brownie = 129 minutes of yoga
–Large order of fries = 77 minutes of biking.
Unless you have a few hours to work out or do some serious exercising, it’s probably best to avoid these foods as much as possible.
